The bioreactor fermenter consists of horizontal fermenter,vertical mixer,conveyor and control system.
The vertical mixer is equipped with cutting blades to slash the feedstocks in order to reduce the particle size.it is used to pre-blend the feedstocks so that a homogenous mixture of all the material is obtained.
The fermenter is a rotating tank composter that has a load capacity of 70% of the total volume of the tank.in 4 to 7day's time,the waste can be decomposed and turned inot oganic fertilizer.
