glass,silicon wafer,valve plate,stain sealings,cylinder piston ring,oil pump vane,ceramic chips, etc.The two sides are being processed
simultaneously.After the processing,flatness of the processed surface becomes flat in contour as a result of lapping,which can meet 
the requirement of high accuracy.
