Horizontal granular powder ribbon blender mixer with spray system
The horizontal mixer is widely used in food industry,chemical industry,pharmaceuticals industry to mix powder and additive, powder and liquid, and powder and granule. Under the driven of motor, the ribbon agitator mix the material quickly. This ribbon blender is characterized by high mixing effect, large productivity, and a very low failure rate.
Equipped with load cells and control system,the ribbon mixer can be used for powder dosing and batching system.Weighing ribbon blender comprise of U-shape barrel,transmission parts,ribbon agitating blades and weighing system which usually have double or triple layers with outside screw gathering material from side to center and inside screw transmitting the material from center to sides to form convection mix.
1) Horizontal tank body, need small space but more capacity.
2) Dual screw structure-The inner screw push the material form central to sides and the outer screw push the material from sides to the center to make the material effective mixing.
3) Gear box drive the auger shaft , low noise and low malfunction, long using life.
4) U-Shape tank bottom, better for material discharge and cleaning.
5) Pneumatic cylinder to control the discharge exit.
6) Air cylinder help the top cover easy open.
7) Heating,cooling function can be realized.
8) Customized ribbon blender available.
9) PLC controlled,equipped with mettler toledo (or local brand) weigh modular and weighing terminal.
