Bag dump station (also known as bulk material dumping station or manual dumping station ) are used for eliminating dust
polllution when dumping powder,pellets,particles,flakes,fiber,or bulk solids from boxes,drums,bags,and other containers.The
whole system consists of vibrator (optional),conveyor,platform,filters,pulse jet cleaning system and blower,it redeuces material
waste and eleminates the need to clean a remote dust collection site,while protecting operators and preventing plant contamination.
The bag dump staions are available in various configurations for simplified connection to ribbon blender,V shape mixer,pulverizer
,packing machine through conveyor such as belt conveyor,vacuum conveyor,screw conveyor.
